This is a database of the top 500 landholders in four counties on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, listed by county (Caroline, Dorchester, Queens Anne’s, Talbot) in descending order based on land value and total acreage. Many landholders are listed as LLCs (Limited Liability Companies) which are holding companies for unnamed owners.
