    Don P. Chairez Interview

    Don P. Chairez is an attorney with Gentile DePalma Ltd., a Las Vegas-based law firm. He is a founder of PISTOL — People’s Initiative To Stop the Taking of Our Land, the organization backing Nevada’s proposed “Property Bill of Rights” constitutional amendment. Chairez, a former district court judge and unsuccessful candidate for Congress in 1998, is currently the Republican candidate for Nevada Attorney General. Read more

She has worked with and for various state government agencies. Murphy organized Nevadans for the Protection of Property Rights, the lead plaintiff in Nevadans for the Protection of Property Rights v.
