Veterans stay close to military installations

Returning service members from the post-9/11 cohort cluster around military installations following separation from the service, according to a News21 analysis of demographic data from the U.S. Census Bureau's American Community Survey. That trend appears to illustrate an increasing isolation of military families from the rest of the population.
