OSHA fact 4

OSHA has 470 exposure limits for various forms of about 300 workplace substances. That leaves tens of thousands of chemicals with no workplace standards, including ones produced or used at levels of at least 1 million pounds a year. Of the 2,238 chemicals the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency can publicly acknowledge are in that high-use group, 90 percent don’t have OSHA limits, according to a Center for Public Integrity analysis.
